Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for use of business-related services (hereinafter referred to as services) provided by BaekSan Propeller Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These Terms and Conditions become effective when the contents are posted on the service screen and the user expresses his or her consent on the service screen.
② The Company may change these Terms and Conditions in the event of a reasonable reason, and if the Terms and Conditions are changed, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the service along with the current Terms and Conditions, and shall take effect in the same way as in Paragraph 1. make it
③ Users may stop using the service if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations if they are stipulated, otherwise, the government-enacted Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Transactions and related laws or general customs shall be followed.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
1. Service: Refers to our representative homepage and homepage related to our business.
2. User: A collective term for those who receive the services provided by the company, and users consist of corporate members and individual members.
3. Corporate member: An organization that provides corporate information and registered as a service member, and can receive information about the company related to the company.
4. Individual member: A person who provides personal information and registers as a service member, and may receive personal information related to the company.

Article 5 (Establishment of use contract)
1. The contract of use is established by the company's acceptance of the user's application for use and the consent of the user to the terms and conditions.
2. Individuals or companies who wish to use the service by signing up for membership must provide the information requested by us.
3. For corporate members, if the company approves the application for use, the use contract is established, and for individual members, it is established immediately without separate consent.
4. The company may not accept or cancel the application for a use contract that falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
A. When applying using someone else's name
B. When the contents of the application for use contract are falsely entered
C. When applying for the purpose of hindering social well-being and order or morals

Article 6 (Consent to Use of Member Information)
1. We value and manage users' personal information. For personal information protection, you can check it through the personal information processing policy.
2. Purpose of collection and use of personal information: The personal information of users who are requested to enter when signing up for services provided to us is collected and used for the purpose of fulfilling this contract of use and providing services under this contract of use.
3. Use other than purpose and provision and sharing to third parties: User information may be provided to companies affiliated with the company in order for users to conveniently use the company and services affiliated with the company. However, before providing information, the company must notify the partner company, the purpose of provision, and the contents of member information to be provided in advance and obtain consent from users.
4. View and correction of personal information: Users can view and modify personal information at any time by editing member information.
5. Consent to the collection of personal information: When a user writes user information in the application form and applies for use in accordance with our terms and conditions, we collect, use, and provide the user information described in the application form in accordance with these terms and conditions. Retention period and use period of personal information: In the case of collecting personal information from users, the retention period and use period are from the time the user directly applies for subscription to the time the cancellation is processed by expressing the intention to cancel. When a user requests us to delete personal information, we will destroy the personal information without delay. However, even if the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved, the user's personal information may be retained if there is a need to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Act and other laws.

Article 7 (Service use and restrictions)
1. In principle, service use is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special obstacle to our business or technology.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if necessary, such as regular system inspection, we may restrict the use of the service exceptionally.

Article 8 (Our obligations)
1. The company must maintain appropriate equipment to provide continuous and stable service, and repairs or restores the equipment if there is a failure or the equipment is unusable.
2. The company shall not disclose or distribute the user's personal information known in connection with the provision of services to a third party without the consent of the user. However, if the user carelessly leaks personal information, the company is not responsible.
3. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2, this is not the case when there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of related laws or when there is a warrant issued by a judge for the purpose of investigation.
4. If there are any changes or additions to the Terms of Service, we will notify them on the service screen.

Article 9 (Obligations of Users)
1. Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.
A. Illegal use of other users' information
B. Reproduction of information obtained using the service without prior consent from the Company, use of it for publication, broadcasting, etc., or provision to a third party
C. An act of slandering other users or third parties or damaging their reputation through slander
D. The act of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that are contrary to public order and morals to others
E. Acts judged to be associated with anti-national, anti-social, or criminal acts
F. An act of violating the copyright or other rights of other users or third parties
G. Any act that continuously transmits advertising information, interferes with the stable operation of the service, registers posts, or acts against other healthy use of the service.
H. Acts that violate other related laws
2. Users must comply with the provisions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the service use guides or precautions.
3. Terminals, etc. installed by users must meet the standards set forth in the rules on technical standards for telecommunications facilities and must not interfere with service.

Article 10 (Service Use Responsibility)
1. The user is responsible for all management of the user's personal information.
2. Except for cases where there is an obvious reason, users are responsible for any negligence in using the service caused by the personal information provided to us by the user or illegal use by a third party.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Provision)
1. The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases.
A. In unavoidable cases due to repair or construction of service facilities
B. When telecommunications service is suspended by key telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
2. In the event of an exhibition, incident, natural disaster, or a national emergency corresponding thereto, or if there is a possibility of occurrence, or if there are other unavoidable reasons, such as the suspension of telecommunication service by the telecommunications business operator pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act, all or Some may be limited or stopped.

Article 12 (Delete User Posts and Restrict Service Use)
1. The company may delete personal information provided by the user as needed if it is determined that there is no room for service facility capacity.
2. The company may partially restrict users' use of the service if it is determined that the capacity of the service facility is insufficient.
3. The company may delete the contents of the service posted or registered by the user without prior notice to the user if it is judged to fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
A. In the case of fraudulent use of other people's personal information or other companies' company information
B. In the case of slandering other users or third parties or damaging their reputation through slander
C. Distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals
D. If it is judged to be associated with anti-national, anti-social, or criminal acts
E. In case of infringement of copyright or other rights of other users or third parties
F. If the posting period exceeds the stipulated period
G. If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws

Article 13 (Restriction and Termination of Service Use Agreement)
1. When a user wishes to terminate the service use contract, he or she must request deletion of personal information.
2. The Company may terminate the use contract or suspend the provision of services without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
A. In the case of using another person's user's personal information
B. Intentionally interfering with the operation of the service
C. In the case of intentionally distributing content that is detrimental to public order and morals
D. In the event of damaging or disadvantageous to the reputation of others
E. If it is judged inappropriate as a user of other services

Article 14 (Rights for Published Materials)
The rights to materials posted on the service are as follows.

1. We own the rights and responsibilities for posts, and we cannot use them without the consent of the publisher. However, for non-commercial purposes, we may use it without the consent of the publisher, and we reserve the right to publish it within the service.
2. You cannot use the data posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained using the service, without our prior consent.
